Catherine Etienne

Catherine is a skilled economist and has over 15 years of experience designing frameworks, conducting research and statistical analysis to deliver economic impact evaluations.

Catherine’s expertise spans a wide range of sectors including technology, innovation, renewable energy and the creative industries.  She has particular expertise in designing theory of change-led multi-stage evaluation frameworks, advising clients on how to measure their short to longer term impacts and value for money to inform Spending Review assessments.

Clients include UK Research and Innovation, Innovate UK, Department for Transport, BEIS/DSIT, DCMS, Arts and Humanities Research Council, ORE Catapult, Connected Places Catapult and Publishers Association. Prior to joining Frontier as an associate, Catherine worked as a consultant in our London office and an economic consultant at the World Bank.
