Scarlett Reeves

Scarlett joined Frontier’s Paris office in 2019 and has since advised clients in energy regulation and policy as well as produced expertise for European Commission merger and cartel investigations.

Scarlett’s recent work includes creating household archetypes for decarbonisation policy analysis and implementing financial provision modelling for clients involved in EC anti-trust procedures. Her work at Frontier has spanned a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions: from French regional energy infrastructure to international fixed-income investment trading.

Scarlett holds a MSc in Economics of Market Organisation and Statistics from the Toulouse School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. Prior to joining Frontier, she interned at MAPP/KPMG, in their Competition practice.
