David Pakozdi

David’s work at Frontier Economics primarily involves assisting clients in policy questions, mergers and market investigations in the digital space. He has worked on competition cases before both the UK and EU authorities. David also supports public sector clients in policy evaluation.

Prior to joining Frontier David spent time at HSBC in investment banking where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, structured finance and infrastructure transactions. David also has experience as a freelance journalist covering issues in digital platforms and privacy, as a teaching assistant and in policy advisory.

He holds a MSc in Finance from Imperial College Business School, and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Economic historian, specialising in the trade history and fiscal policy of the Ottoman Empire! It’s just fascinating!
