Simon is an Associate Director in Frontier’s competition practice, based in the London office.
He has over 20 years of experience as a professional economist. He has advised on mergers, litigation and investigations in sectors including digital, retail, telecoms, aviation and financial services for clients such as Facebook, Ryanair, Stagecoach, Terra Firma Capital Partners, Assicurazioni Generali, and Groupe Caisse d’Epargne.
Prior to joining Frontier, Simon was Regulation Director of TalkTalk Telecoms Group, where he led the firm’s engagement with Ofcom, DG COMP and the CMA in a wide range of competition and regulatory cases. He also previously spent over a decade at Oxera Consulting.
