Harry Masters

Since joining Frontier in 2019, Harry has worked across multiple practices, undertaking qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide insight to clients. 

Harry’s competition experience includes pan-European merger and litigation cases and supporting a retail client with an investigation by a national competition authority. In the energy practice, Harry has worked on a state aid case and supported an electricity distributor to understand the impact of COVID-19 on vulnerable customers. Within the policy practice, he has provided insight to public sector clients on topics including community-led initiatives, and climate change adaptation.  

Before joining Frontier, Harry interned in the Enforcement division of the Financial Conduct Authority. Harry has obtained degrees in Economics from the University of Essex and the Barcelona School of Economics, and also studied at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
