Tom specialises in financial economics and economic regulation. His experience has spanned several sectors including water, energy, transport and financial services.
He advises a range of clients in the UK and Europe on regulatory price reviews and disputes. Examples of his recent work include the cost of capital estimation, financeability assessments, damage quantification and profitability assessments. He also regularly supports clients with transaction due diligence for infrastructure and utility assets.
Prior to joining Frontier, Tom was an Assistant Director in Deloitte’s Advisory Corporate Finance practice in London. Tom holds an MSc in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick.
