George Houpis and David Foster, both Directors at Frontier Economics today spoke at the 24^th Annual Competition Law and Regulation in the Telecoms & Communications sector in Brussels.

David covered the economic perspective of mergers in the TMT Sector, in light of the growth in demand for content and data and the interaction between content, platforms and network owners, focussing on cases across the evolving TMT value chain. 

George talked about the application of the new joint dominance guidelines in telecommunications, focussing on the prospects of cable access regulation, and any lessons from the recent developments Netherlands for the rest of Europe.
