Frontier Economics will host a panel discussion during Berlin Disputes Resolution Days in Berlin on Thursday 12 September 2024.
The panel will discuss Private Enforcement from Digital to Sustainability: a New Economic Toolkit in Dispute Support. Questions which will be explored include:
- Are we going to see more private enforcement and if so, where?
- Will economic expertise still be relevant?
- What new economic tools do we expect to see applied?
Panellists will be announced shortly.
