Frontier Economics, in consortium with Greenflex, was commissioned by the Secrétariat Général pour l'Investissement (SGPI) and the Agence pour la Transition Ecologique (ADEME) to assess the impact of the France 2030 investment plan in terms of decarbonising the economy.

On 30^th June 2023, the Comité de Surveillance des Investissements d’Avenir reported to the French Prime Minister on the first evaluation of the France 2030 plan. This investment plan serves two principal long-term objectives: growth and decarbonisation. To achieve this, the plan highlights that investment  in research, innovation, training and industry is key.

The report submitted to the Prime Minister builds on the findings and recommendations of our study.
