Frontier Economics, in partnership with five other institutions working on trade policy, today launched the Trade Knowledge Exchange. The initiative brings together some of the world’s leading experts on international trade, with a focus on policy questions arising in the aftermath of the UK’s decision to leave the European Union. While the future relationship between the UK and the EU will be a key focus of the work, we will also examine the relationship between the UK and the rest of the world, and the wider context for international trade.. At a time of heightened uncertainty in world trade, the initiative brings informed and objective analysis to guide policy discussions and commercial strategies.
Frontier’s partners in the initiative are Saana Consulting, specialised in international development work; the UK Trade Policy Observatory at Sussex University; the Centre for Trade Policy and Law in Ottawa, Canada; the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development, based in Geneva, Switzerland; and the Export Council of Australia.
Frontier regularly advises clients on trade and international economics.
