Paul Dolan is Professor of Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he co-directs the Executive MSc in Behavioural Science.
A former health economist, he works at the intersection of economics, psychology, and public policy, focusing on happiness, well-being, equity, and their measurement and application in governance.
He has authored the influential “MINDSPACE” report for the UK Cabinet Office and drafted the national well-being survey questions used by the Office for National Statistics. With over 120 peer-reviewed papers and 36,000+ citations, his academic work has shaped policy debates.
