Viktoriya supports clients across energy and competition litigation issues.
Viktoriya has assisted clients on a number of energy investor-state disputes and commercial disputes; and on a follow-on damage case in several European jurisdictions. She has advised on both merits and damages quantification, and has particular expertise in applying in-the-round profitability analysis to bring clarity to complex multi-claim cases.
More broadly, Viktoriya has experience on a range of energy transition and regulation projects. Prior to joining Frontier, she delivered a number of public policy assessments for UK Government Departments and EC Directorates.
Viktoriya holds a MSc in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics.
