Kerem is a competition economist with experience advising on complex, high-stakes antitrust matters across global jurisdictions.
He has worked on some of the most prominent merger cases in recent years, including Broadcom/VMware, Adobe/Figma and HPE/Juniper and other Phase II investigations. His merger control experience spans investigations at the CMA and the European Commission, as well as reviews across more than ten national competition authorities worldwide.
Beyond merger control, Kerem has provided economic advice in high-profile competition litigation in the UK, Australia and Middle East, supporting clients through contentious proceedings and regulatory investigations. He also has experience assisting competition authorities with enforcement cases.
Prior to joining Frontier, Kerem has worked at other competition economics practices. Before his professional career, he has completed an MRes in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Double Major in Economics & Mathematics from the Boğaziçi University.
