We're opening our Amsterdam office, bringing our economics expertise directly to our Dutch clients.
Led by Kate Bolger – a senior antitrust economist who's returning to Frontier after her time at the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) - our new Amsterdam office means we can work even more closely with clients navigating the complex Dutch and European regulatory landscape, combining local insight with global expertise.
We regularly advise a range of clients based in the Netherlands on matters before the regulatory authorities and the European Commission, and in litigation before the Dutch courts. The Amsterdam office strengthens our ability to support these clients, working closely with our wider office network and drawing on the expertise of over 400 economists across Europe. This includes Julia Dietrich, with extensive experience in litigation before the Dutch courts, Dave Foster who leads merger and antitrust work across multiple national authorities and at the EC, and Christoph Riechmann, a specialist in energy markets across the EU, including the Netherlands.
Frontier Chair, Sharon White, comments:
“Amsterdam is a natural fit for Frontier - our clients there value independent thinking and collaborative approaches, much like we do. With Kate leading our team, we can offer the kind of close collaboration that produces the best results, combining her deep understanding of the Dutch market with our broader European expertise.”
Kate comments:
“It's exciting to be leading Frontier's new Amsterdam office. The response from our Dutch clients has been really encouraging, and I'm looking forward to building on Frontier's strong track record here. I'm excited to develop a team that can tackle the complex challenges clients face - from ACM investigations to court cases - working alongside them to understand the implications, combining deep local insight with Frontier's European-wide experience.”
