Paula is a consultant in the Madrid office, working across the energy and public policy practices.
Since joining Frontier in 2020, she has worked with a range of public and private sector clients, offering expertise in energy markets, public policy, and competition through the application of quantitative analysis and qualitative economic frameworks.
Paula has a strong interest in climate change, energy market design, and the regulation of gas and electricity markets. She also brings appraisal and evaluation experience, having contributed to projects for UK government departments including UKRI and the Department for Transport.
She holds a double degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Warwick. Paula is fluent in English and Spanish.
