Anna is a Director at Frontier Economics, with over ten years’ experience in advising clients on regulatory issues.
Anna is based in our London office and works in our water practice. She is an expert on a range of regulatory topics, including regulatory incentive mechanisms, economic appraisal and the design of customer research. She has particular expertise on the topic of outcomes in the water sector, having advised Ofwat, industry research groups, and water companies across the last three price controls. She has substantial experience in providing support to regulated companies during price control reviews, and through CMA processes.
Anna graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA Hons (First Class) and MPhil (Distinction) in Economics.
