Iain works in Frontier’s competition practice. He advises clients across a wide range of sectors in cases in front of competition authorities and courts across Europe.
Iain has a particular expertise in applying and critiquing quantitative analysis in merger and anti-trust cases, as well as follow-on cases and extensive experience in the financial services and transport sectors. His recent cases include advising on mergers, class certification, appeals of anti-trust decisions (both for defendants and competition authorities), stand-alone and follow-on claims, and market investigations.
Iain teaches post-graduate competition economics at Queen Mary, University of London and has published on the uses of machine learning in competition damages cases.
