Iain works in Frontier’s competition practice. He advises clients across a wide range of sectors in cases in front of competition authorities and courts across Europe.
Iain has a particular expertise in applying and critiquing quantitative analysis in merger and anti-trust cases, as well as follow-on cases. His recent experience includes advising on mergers, class certification, appeals of anti-trust decisions (both for defendants and competition authorities), stand-alone and follow-on claims, and market investigations for clients such as JP Morgan, FirstGroup and Experian.
Iain studied at Oxford and Warwick Universities.
