David joined Frontier’s London office in 2023 and works across the firm’s Competition and Transport & Water practices.
He enjoys working with data to understand complex issues faced by both private and public sector organisations. His recent projects have involved providing economic advice to water companies in the context of Ofwat’s PR24 price review as well as working in European-wide litigation related to cartel follow-on damages.
Before joining Frontier, David completed a Master’s in International Trade, Finance and Development from the Barcelona School of Economics and a BSc Politics and Economics from the University of Surrey. During his studies, he completed a placement year as a student economist with the UK’s Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs.
He speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
