Romain joined Frontier’s Paris office in 2023 and works across the energy, public policy, and competition practices.
Romain enjoys applying his quantitative and econometric skills to help clients facing complex issues.
He has advised French regulatory companies on the appropriate cost of capital for the upcoming price control. His other projects include supporting a truck manufacturer in the context of Pan-European litigation and designing a model to assess the costs and benefits of developing a gas distribution network in Northern Europe.
Romain holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole (in partnership with the Toulouse School of Economics), with a focus on Industrial Organisation.
He is fluent in French and English.
