Matt works across all modes of transport, advising clients on complex issues relating to policy, strategy, regulation, competition and litigation.
He has over ten years of experience as a transport economist, advising clients in the public and private sectors. Matt has worked extensively with lawyers, investors and other professionals to meet their clients’ needs. He has advised clients on the potential impacts of decarbonisation and infrastructure investment, and how to approach valuing data sharing in transport.
Prior to joining Frontier, Matt worked for Oxera Consulting LLP where he led a wide range of projects in the UK, Europe and further afield.
He has a MSc in Economics and Econometrics, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Exeter.

If you could gain one quality or ability, what would it be?
I would love to be able to fly like a Red Kite: they look to be having so much fun when they are soaring on thermals, high in the sky

How would your pet describe you?
He does not sit down for long enough to be a reliable cushion (I have two cats).
