Stefan is a Manager in Frontier’s Transport and Energy practices and is based in our Paris office.
Since joining Frontier in 2014, he has been advising public and private clients, operators, investors and authorities on the full scope of infrastructure economics including economic regulation, infrastructure finance, commercial strategy and policy and impact evaluation. His work also focuses on future challenges faced by infrastructure sectors and notably includes the impact and strategies related to the energy transition and decarbonisation ambitions.
As a project manager, Stefan unites effective work delivery skills and intellectual leadership, and his deep sector knowledge results in clear and relevant advice for clients.
Stefan has extensive experience in the European rail, aviation and electricity sectors in particular and regularly supports project teams as a local sector expert for France.
Stefan also has considerable experience in competition economics and market power assessments, having supported diverse clients in different sectors during merger control and dispute resolution procedures before national and international courts and authorities. He has supervised the production of complex empirical analysis and advised on strategic considerations based on a robust economic narrative drawing on analytical evidence and economic theory.
