Dmitri Evseev is an independent arbitrator with Arbitra International in London and has a decade of experience acting as arbitrator under leading institutional rules, along with two decades of experience acting as counsel in investment treaty and commercial disputes for companies and sovereign States.  He is a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and served as vice-chair of the Board of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC) until 2024. From 2010 until 2022 Mr. Evseev was an international arbitration partner at Arnold & Porter.  Dmitri received his JD magna cum laude in 2001 from Harvard Law School, where he served as Publishing Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
