UN Global Compact commitment continues into 2026 with measurable progress

Our 2026 Communication on Progress reaffirms our support for the UN Global Compact and reports action across human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.

Since becoming a signatory in 2014, Frontier has continued to integrate the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) into its business strategy, culture and day-to-day operations.

This year’s Communication on Progress sets out the steps taken over the past year across the UNGC’s four areas: human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.

Key highlights from our 2026 report include:

• We established a senior ESG Steering Group, with representation including the Managing Director and Chief People Officer, to strengthen oversight of ethical and human rights issues. Potential projects that raise ethical concerns can be referred directly to the group.

• We introduced clearer pay and progression frameworks through a new salary spine and refreshed Expectations Framework. Female representation at Principal level remained above 40%, while improving senior representation remains an ongoing priority.

• Total greenhouse gas emissions fell by 29% compared with the previous reporting year. Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are now around 41% below the 2019 baseline, putting us around 90% of the way towards our 2030 reduction target.

• We continued to strengthen compliance through sanctions monitoring and regular training covering anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, modern slavery and whistleblowing.

The report also sets out priorities for the coming year, including stronger use of diversity data, continued support for wellbeing and flexible working, more granular energy data and further development of ESG dashboards. We also plan to assess how emissions associated with external cloud and AI services could be incorporated into future reporting.

Our continued support for the UNGC reflects our commitment to responsible business practices and to making further progress across its Ten Principles.
