Our new Director
Sarah has been advising public and private sector clients on the effectiveness and value for money of government policy since 2001. She is driven by her desire to help clients tackle the central economic question of public policy, namely how to allocate scarce government funding to best effect and has particular expertise in applications spanning education, skills and technology spheres.
Our new Associate Directors
Catherine is based in our Paris office and advises clients across Europe. Catherine works on strategy, regulatory and policy issues across sectors, with a main focus on energy and transport. Her experience covers issues such as market design, price controls, competition, the sale and acquisition of assets, and policy evaluation.
Andrew has eighteen years of experience in the analysis of government policy, with particular expertise using microeconomic data to model the response to policy reforms, and applying good economic principles to help design, appraise and evaluate effective policy interventions. His particular interests are in policies on taxation, innovation, productivity and industrial strategy.
Matt has been advising clients in the energy sector for over a decade. He is an expert in energy network regulation and provides strategic support and advice on regulation design to utilities, regulators and Government bodies. Matt also provides due diligence services to investors evaluating energy network transactions across Europe; and has worked extensively alongside leading law firms during price control appeals and investor-state arbitrations.
Goran specialises in competition and regulatory issues in communications, technology and media sector. He has over a decade of experience advising clients on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, margin squeeze, spectrum auctions, access pricing and regulatory market reviews. Goran splits his time between London and Prague and takes a leading role in our business development activities in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
