Roger is a consultant based in Madrid, focusing on delivering economic analysis for legal disputes and regulatory cases across various sectors in Europe and Latin America.
He combines a deep interest in solving complex regulatory issues with strong analytical skills, using advanced statistical tools to address challenges across different sectors. During his time at Frontier, he has been involved in an arbitration case in the telecoms sector in Latin America, a mass litigation case in the transport sector in Europe, and several regulatory reviews in the energy and telecoms sectors. He has a particular interest in the energy transition and the new ex ante regulation in the digital sector.
Before joining Frontier, he worked for more than two years at the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC), Spain's competition and regulatory authority, where he focused on telecoms regulation.
He holds an MSc in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with specialization in Advanced Quantitative Methods.
He is a native Catalan and Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
