Guan is a consultant in Frontier’s Energy and Competition practices.
During her time at Frontier, Guan has worked on a range of projects in the Competition practice covering commercial and regulatory issues, gaining experience in mergers and antitrust damage litigation support. In Energy, her recent work centres around regulatory issues in the UK energy sector.
Guan holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. She is fluent in English and Chinese.
