Maria Gracia Guijon is a Senior Consultant at Frontier Economics, where she has worked since 2019, specialising in digital markets, emerging technologies, regulation and public policy.
Prior to joining Frontier, she completed an MSc in Development Economics at the University of Sussex and spent six years as a consultant in Peru, leading policy evaluation and economic analysis projects for government bodies and international organisations.
Maria Gracia combines quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess complex policy and regulatory issues, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence, digital regulation and innovation policy. Her recent work includes leading evaluations of the UK Future Flight Challenge and studies of the AI assurance market, helping policymakers translate complex technical and economic evidence into practical insights.
At Frontier, she also leads the pro-bono team which helps charities and NGOs by using economic analysis to better articulate and evaluate the social impact of their services.
