David is a Manager in Frontier's Competition practice.
Much of David’s work has a strong digital focus – he has provided economic advice to digital companies on mergers, market studies, A102 investigations, litigation proceedings, and public policy and regulatory issues (including in relation to the DMA, DMCC and GDPR). Back in 2020 David spent 4 months on secondment at Meta working as an economist/data scientist and he continues to enjoy collaborating closely with the Legal, eDiscovery, Product and Research teams in digital companies. Beyond digital, David has experience advising on competition cases relating to the groceries, online takeaway, energy, telecoms, and travel sectors.
Prior to his work in consulting, David interned at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Economics and Management (First) and an MPhil in Economics (Distinction).
