He combines his curiosity and passion for economics with sophisticated quantitative modelling, qualitative methods and data visualisation to provide clear and honest answers to difficult, unstructured problems. He works primarily in Frontier’s Competition and Public Policy practices, where he has managed a range of projects including impact evaluations, risk assessments and damages modelling. He has specialist skills in the field of network economics and the analysis of connected systems, including applications to social networks, marketing, and supply chains.
He has worked on projects across a broad range of industries, including telecoms, energy, water, financial services, transport, education and logistics.
Will holds a PhD, MPhil and BA in economics from the University of Cambridge.
